Olive Tree Speech Pathology is a one-stop allied health clinic. We have therapists specialised with both Children and Adults. Our clinic has state of the art sensory rooms, catering to all sensory needs

Once you have inquired and consulted with our admin and you are booked in we will ask you to fill out a intake form which will provide the therapists / pathologists some background information on the client and reason for the session.

It is beneficial to attach or email through any previous reports, paediatrician letters, or GP referrals associated with the client. For Ndis clients you must let us know if you are self managed or ndis / ndia managed.

The initial consult will be with the therapist/pathologist to engage with the parent/caregiver and client to obtain a detailed understanding of the clients needs and goals. This will also include screening and clinical observations with the client.

The report will only be done if requested by the parent/client, this will detail the clients strengths and weaknesses, screening assessment results, recommendations and homework, goals along with a therapy plan

This will determine if the client will need to continue therapy and how consistent the client needs in order to improved 

Depending on the results given after the initial consult we will book according to the frequency recommended by the therapist/pathologist. 

The location of the sessions will also be discussed which include: clinic based, school/childcare or home visits.
